Zesty Vegetable Salad Ingredients:
- 1 bottle (8 ounces) zesty Italian salad dressing
- 10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
How to make Zesty Vegetable Salad:
- Place mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion in a large bowl.
- Pour Italian dressing over it.
- Toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
