Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered protein supplement
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How to make Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl.
  • Beat until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Stir in the vanilla and water.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Fold into the creamed mixture.
