Herbed Salmon Packets Ingredients:

  • 2 ( 6 ounces each) salmon fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup salad croutons
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 lemon slices

How to make Herbed Salmon Packets:

  • Place each salmon fillet on a heavy-duty foil.
  • Sprinkle garlic over the fillets.
  • Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Place a lemon slice on each fillet.
  • Drizzle with vinegar.
  • Top with croutons.
  • Fold foil around the fish fillet and seal tightly.
  • Place fish packets on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Open foil packets carefully to allow steam to escape.
  • Herbed Salmon Packets are ready now.
  • Serve with Steamed Rice.
