Ingredients for Creamy Pineapple Coleslaw:

  • 2-1/2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cups pineapple slices, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  • Place cabbage and pineapple coleslaw in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in mayonnaise.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.
  • Creamy Pineapple Coleslaw is ready now.
  • Serve with Honey Fried Chicken.
